At Purified Glo, we're committed to getting your self-care essentials to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping option is our most economical method. Delivery times vary based on your location and will be estimated at checkout.
Express Shipping
Need your glow essentials faster? Choose express shipping at checkout for priority delivery after processing.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We strive to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including:
- All 50 states
- APO/FPO military addresses
- U.S. territories
We're working on expanding our shipping options to serve international customers in the future. Stay tuned!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your door.
If you have any questions about your shipment or if tracking shows an issue, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve it.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building management. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
